For the past ten years, she has held the esteemed position of Director of Clinical Research and Operations at a renowned school of medicine. Her dynamic career encompasses diverse roles, from supervising adult and pediatric intensive care units to specializing in medical-surgical, neurology, and pediatric oncology.

Ridiane has also served as a staff nurse in medical-surgical, telemetry, and general pediatric settings, demonstrating a broad spectrum of expertise that extends to home care and community health and education. Beyond her clinical contributions, Ridiane is the visionary founder and co-owner of DR Clinical Resources (DRCR) and MA Integrative Resources (MAIR).

DRCR focuses on providing home care services and facilitating research implementation, while MAIR is dedicated to offering non-English speakers the opportunity to obtain certification as direct support professionals, aiding them in securing employment.
